 Flag pole with TWO strands 729; Sparklers sticks and all other backstitch with ONE strand 3371;

Long Stitch:
 Sparklers with one strand gold, or a combination of gold and red, or any colorful metallic. The long stitches  are stitched like they sound -- as one long stitch from the beginning of the line to the end, rather than a series of stitches along the line.
