Four Sided, Cross Stitch & Back Stitch Use #12 ecru pearl cotton on cream linen with a count of 28 threads per inch. 

Leave two threads unworked between the word "Kindness" and the top of this band.

Back stitch: single strand of Light Green; 
Four sided stitches:  single strand of #12 ecru pearl cotton 
Currently:
ACROSS:  34
DOWN:     36
You will need embroidery scissors and a #26 or #24 Tapestry Needle
